Why a Full Moon Day is Conducive for Meditations?

You have likely heard people talk about how a full moon is very conducive for meditation, and experiencing this is far more important than listening to somebody talking about it.
Here is how I experienced the power of a full moon in my journey with meditations. Years ago when I started meditating, I observed that on some days, I would go into a meditative state without much effort, and also reach deeper states than other days.. Later during those days I would realize how those particular days had been very special days like full moon days!
As I progressed in my journey with meditations, I started to observe the energy shifts in my body around full moon days, where I didn’t feel like eating much… just like how in the early morning when we wake up, we often don’t eat like we do later in the day. This realization made me aware of how the energy is being used to accelerate the spiritual progress through subtle changes in my subtle body.
In order to help others with their journeys, I started offering meditation sessions on full moon days.
