In the autumn, nature provides the right conditions for trees to shed their colorful leaves. Imagine creating the right conditions inside you to shed your unwanted or unnecessary thoughts and emotions as effortlessly as trees do. This shedding can tremendously cleanse your Inner Space and provide strength to juggle all your responsibilities with ease.
Sacred Space is kicking off it’s curriculum with an Online 21-Day Fall Meditation Challenge. I will guide the participants through meditations — coaching you with an aim to provide the right conditions to help you “shed your leaves” and cleanse yourself of unwanted or unnecessary thoughts and emotions. Here’s how it works. (See program details, cost and registration below.)
Details:
Online 21-Day Fall Meditation Challenge from September 30 to October 21:
On Sunday, September 30th, we will kick-off the Challenge with a workshop to introduce meditation and to understand methods and goals for the course.
Each other Sunday we will meet and meditate for 1 hour.
Each day during the week, you will meditate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
You will observe and surrender unwanted thoughts and emotions and will keep track of things you witnessed about yourself in a daily journal.
Each Wednesday we will have a 1-hour mid-week group online meditation and a Q&A session. After a half-hour meditation, I will offer encouraging advice and answer questions received during the week.
Registered participants will be invited to join a closed facebook group, participants can ask me questions during the week
Where:
We will meet online, via video chat and our Facebook Group.
(Optional: The first 11 local participants may attend an in-person Sunday meditation in Westborough in lieu of the Sunday meeting online. This will be a first come, first served opportunity. Directions will be shared with registered participants after the sign-up.)
When:
Daily 10/1 to 10/21:
Make time in your day to meditate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Keep a daily journal of your observations, progress and questions.
4- Super Sunday Sessions: 4 to 6 pm:
9/30: Program kick-off and meditation workshop online.
10/7, 10/14, 10/21: Meditation and meeting online. (The in-person group will meet from 4 to 6 pm on Sundays.)
3- Mid week Sessions - Wednesdays 7:30 to 8:30 pm:
10/3, 10/10, 10/17: Online group video meditation and Q&A session.
Class size:
This challenge is only available for the first 21 registered participants. (Up to 11 participants can attend an in-person Sunday meditation in lieu of the same day online. This will be a first come, first served opportunity.)
